Delivery Information

We currently offer shipping to the UK, Europe, US and Canada.

Please note: due to the volume of orders, processing time is currently up to 4 weeks. I am so thankful for all of your incredible support! I do promise I will get your nails out as quick as possible but please bear this in mind when placing your order.

All of our false nails are hand painted to order so please allow this time for your nails to be painted and shipped. This means I am able to give your nails the time and attention they deserve so they will be the best quality!

Please note: due to COVID-19 and Royal Mail strikes, there may be possible delays with delivery and this is unfortunately out of my control. I promise I will do what I can to get your nails out as quick as possible. I do offer the ability to upgrade your shipping at checkout to include tracking, which will allow you to keep track of the parcel and see what is going on.

Please note: if any custom charges incur, they are the buyers responsibility. If you do not see your country in the list, please contact us and we can look into the shipping and the cost. - Returns As our false nails are hand painted to order, returns are not accepted unless the package has incurred damage during transit. If there is damage during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note: return postage is the buyers responsibility. - Cancellations As our false nails are hand painted to order, if you need to cancel your order then you must contact us as soon as possible. Once the order is being processed, we are unfortunately unable to cancel orders. We are also unable to cancel orders which have already been dispatched.

How do I apply my false nails?

To apply your false nails, firstly you will want to make sure your nails are nice and clean before you start. To begin with, gently push back your cuticles using a wooden stick. After you have done that, you will want to lightly buff your natural nail. Also, if needed - you may also wish to cut and file down your natural nails so they will not be seen under the press on nails. Once you have lightly buffed your natural nail, you will want to wipe your nail with a cleansing wipe.

Once this is done, you will need to apply your nail adhesive tab or a little amount of your nail glue to one of your natural nails, and then place on your false nail. Press down on the false nail for 30 seconds and then release. Doing this will ensure your nail dries in the place that you want it. You will then need to repeat these steps to the rest of your nails, doing one nail at a time.

Are my nails re-usable?

Yes, they are! This is one of the huge benefits of purchasing my false nails! When removing your false nails, make sure you take care and are gentle with them. You can do this by following the guidance underneath the next question. This means you can place them back into the box they were sent in, so they are kept safe until you would like to use them again! Also, I finish by adding a gel top coat which adds an extra layer of shine and toughness to the nails.

How do I remove my false nails?

If you need to remove your nails, it is suggested to firstly soak your nails in warm water for a 10-15 to help soften the bond. After you have done this, use a cuticle stick and gently lift each false nail away from your natural nail. Make sure you take care when doing this and you are nice and gentle, as this will allow you to use the nails on numerous occasions!

Can I order a custom design?
