Now lets show you how we created this vampire teeth nail art!

step 1

First of all it is important to make sure your nails are clean and ready to be painted before we start, so we need to do a little bit of preparation. If you have nail polish on already, you will need to take it off with some nail polish remover. After this is done, I usually wash my hands just to ensure my nails are completely clean.

Then it’s time to tidy your nails up a little and to shape them to how you want, using with your file. Also, if you want make your nails appear longer – you can push back your cuticles. If you place your hand in some warm water for a few minutes, it will help soften your skin making it easier for you to do this.

Once you are ready, you should apply a base coat to your nail as this will protect your nails from being stained but also will make applying your nail polish much smoother. We used the Vitamin Base Coat (1) to do this.

step 2

Once your base coat is dry, we can start moving on to the more exciting parts – deciding what colour you want your nails to be! For this look, we decided to have the finger nails as the main focus so we painted these nails with the nail polish in the colour White Out (2), and then painted the thumb nail with the nail polish in the colour Black Forest (3). We applied 2 coats of the nail polish as this makes sure the nails are covered well.

We recommend you apply two thin coats rather than one thick one as the thicker the coat, the longer it will take to dry.

step 3

Once the white nail polish is dry, it’s time to start creating this vampire teeth nail art! As you can see in the photo above, we firstly painted on 4 small dots using the pointed drawing brush (6) with the nail polish in the colour Black Forest (3). This is to help plan where the mouth will be!

step 4

Once you have painted on your dots to help create the outline, we first painted on the line for the top of the mouth. To do this, we used the pointed drawing brush (6) with the nail polish in the colour Black Forest (3).

step 5

Next it’s time to paint on the curved line for the bottom of the mouth to finish creating the shape. To do this, we used the pointed drawing brush (6) with the nail polish in the colour Black Forest (3).

We painted these on the nails so it will look like they are joined together when the nails are together (you can see this in the images showing the final look!).

step 6

Now the real fun begins, it’s time to start painting on the vampires teeth! Firstly, we started by painting on the vampires fang. To do this, we used the pointed drawing brush (6) with the nail polish in the colour Black Forest (3).

step 7

After you have finished painting on first fang, it’s time to create the outline for the rest of the teeth. To do this, we painted on a line using the pointed drawing brush (6) with the nail polish in the colour Black Forest (3).

step 8

After creating the outline for the teeth, we painted on small lines to create the individual teeth. To do this, we used the pointed drawing brush (6) with the nail polish in the colour Black Forest (3).

step 9

After you have finished shaping the top teeth, it’s time to move onto the bottom teeth! We first started with painting a small fang just underneath the large vampire fang using the pointed drawing brush (6) with the nail polish in the colour Black Forest (3).

After we finished painting on the smaller vampire fang, we then painted on the line to outline where the bottom teeth will be. To do this, we used the pointed drawing brush (6) with the nail polish in the colour Black Forest (3).

step 10

As done in the step 8, we painted on small lines to create the individual teeth. To do this, we used the pointed drawing brush (6) with the nail polish in the colour Black Forest (3).

step 11

Next we filled in the space between the teeth using the nail polish in the colour Black Forest (3).

step 12

Now you need to repeat the previous steps and paint on the vampire teeth on the ring finger nail. Don’t forget, we painted these on the nails so it will look like they are joined together when the nails are together (you can see this in the images showing the final look!).

After we painted on both sides, we applied a coat of the Matte Top Coat (4) to the 4 white finger nails.

step 13

Once the matte coat is dry, we cut a small piece off the beauty sponge (7) and used it to gently dag some of the nail polish in the colour Lady In Red (5) on the 2 large fangs and the 2 small fags, creating a blood effect.

step 14

And that’s the vampire teeth nail art created! We decided to paint some dripping blood on the index and little finger nail to finish creating this Halloween inspired nail look. To do this, we firstly gently applied the stencil (8) over the nail.

step 15

Once you are happy with the placement of the stencil, it’s time to paint on the red nail varnish! We used the nail polish in the colour Lady In Red (5).

step 16

Now it’s time to gently take the stencils off! After we took the stencil off, we did decide to paint on a few extra lines and joined them up using the pointed drawing brush (6) with the nail polish in the colour Lady In Red (5).

step 17

Now it’s time to add the final touches to this vampire teeth nail art – painting on the dripping blood effect on the little finger nail! Repeat the previous steps with the stencil to do this.

When you are happy – apply a top coat to finish the look off!

And that’s how we created this vampire teeth nail look! It’s the perfect Halloween nail look for your nails!
